Built on the success of previous years, we are excited to expand Altice USA’s “Summer of STEM”, a company initiative that supports various summer programs focusing on STEM-related learning opportunities and skill development.
As we continue to broaden and deepen our commitment to both STEM and the local communities we serve, this year, we’re opening up our third annual “Summer of STEM” to include additional regions and states in our footprint.
This summer, we’re bolstering our commitment to inspiring the next generation of innovators by once again partnering with colleges, universities, and community-based organizations to provide students with hands-on learning opportunities in STEM. Our support of the day camps and workshops will help encourage the creativity and development of skills needed to imagine and create the future, while also paving the way for students to explore STEM-related careers. Coding sessions, designing and programming robots, discussing the solar system, and participating in 3D printing demonstrations are just a few examples of STEM activities students will be able to take advantage of.
As a tech company, our commitment to STEM runs deep and year-round. Throughout the year, we focus on programs that help drive and develop skills that the future requires. We support national robotics competitions, bring hands-on innovation workshops into classrooms, and advocate for digital access and literacy in communities across our Suddenlink and Optimum regions.
“Summer of STEM” will take place on select dates throughout the months of June and July. Explore the pages below to discover what opportunities are available to students in their local communities.
