Events like the annual Optimum Technology Innovation Summit and Hackathon exemplify this mindset, where, earlier this month, over 1,000 employees, vendor partners, and community members joined in on showcasing new technology and tools alongside our employee-led hackathon – a unique opportunity for innovative minds to truly shine. 

During this high-energy, hands-on event, our teams were empowered to develop new business solutions with a real, lasting impact. Participants gained tangible recognition, leadership visibility, and growth opportunities, ultimately demonstrating the Optimum Innovator spirit. 

Two standout members of our team, Thomas Walter (Product Analyst II) and Bobby Boccuzzi (Senior Cybersecurity Analyst) embody what it means to be Optimum Innovators. From participating in the hackathon to patenting cybersecurity technology, Thomas and Bobby seized the opportunity to make their voices heard, introduce new ideas, and inspire other employees.
