News 12 Receives a Market Leading 69 New York Emmy Award® Nominations

Altice USA's News 12 Networks, the main source of local news in the New York Tri-State area, today received a market leading 69 New York Emmy® Award nominations across several categories, including Evening Newscast, Investigative Report, and Feature News, among others from the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. 

This is the second straight year that the number of nominations News 12 has received has grown, with the networks previously receiving 51 nominations last year and 34 nominations the year before. Altice USA’s hyper-local News 12 Networks remains the most viewed TV network in Optimum households, and recently unveiled a modern fresh new look for its linear and digital properties.

Since its first broadcast in 1986, News 12 Networks has collected over 250 Emmy wins and will look to add to their total at the 63rd Annual New York Emmy® Awards Gala on April 18th in New York City.
