West Virginia (February 16, 2023) – Optimum, the local provider of internet, mobile, TV and phone services, today announces the opening of a new retail store in Vienna, West Virginia, located at 100 Grand Central Mall. The store will join its nearby sister stores in Parkersburg located at 1737 7th Street and 6 Patriots Lane, Unit C.
