Altice USA and Suddenlink are closely tracking Hurricane Delta, which is expected to make landfall in Louisiana on Friday and, depending on the severity of the storm, may impact Suddenlink services in areas of the state.
We understand how important it is for our customers to stay connected, particularly during severe weather events. Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is tracking the storm closely and monitoring any changes to the storm's trajectory, strength, and potential impacts.
Our fully staffed teams are standing by in a safe location to assist our customers as soon as it is safe to do so. We have made sure that our critical facility generators have been checked and will be ready in case of any extended power outages.
As always, we are proactively communicating with local authorities, as well as local energy companies Entergy and CLECO, to ensure coordination on any restoration efforts needed in the wake of Hurricane Delta. We are also providing the list of our critical infrastructure sites that rely on commercial power to support prioritized restoration efforts.
