New York, NY – July 5, 2022 – Today, Cheddar News announces a slate of new talent joining its morning shows, Wake Up With Cheddar and Opening Bell, with Shannon LaNier, Alicia Quarles, and Katie Sands joining the network this summer.

Starting today, LaNier will be joining Opening Bell as a Co-Anchor, alongside Alicia Nieves, from 9am to 11am ET. Quarles and Sands will focus on keeping viewers ahead of the morning curve with the latest need-to-know stories to start each day across business, tech, pop culture, lifestyle, and more.

Quarles will join as an Anchor, reporting alongside Baker Machado and Political Correspondent Arielle Hixson. She is currently a contributor for GMA3: What You Need To Know as well as the Senior News correspondent for DailyMail TV. Quarles previously worked as a correspondent for E! Sands joins the network for the summer as a Special Correspondent, bringing to Cheddar News her experience as Amazon Live’s Style Host where she interviews top celebrities and designers and provides insights into the hottest fashion tips and wearables, and as a successful entrepreneur and content creator to the show as a trending/social reporter.
